A tattoo artist has created an incredible optical illusion piece which makes it look like there's a gaping hole in a man's head. Matt Pehrson works at Zion Tattoo Company in Utah, US, and he went to extreme lengths for his latest job. The talented tattoo artist inked an impressive illusion on his friend Ryan.
