Beginning on Monday, October 5, cities and towns in Massachusetts classified as lower-risk for COVID-19 will be allowed to move into Step 2 of Phase 3 in reopening.
The big takeaways from this? Indoor performance venues will be allowed to reopen. Capacity at outdoor venues will be expanded. Gyms and museums will be allowed to operate at increased capacity.
