There was a crazy accident in Wichita, Kansas the other day where an SUV rammed into the back of a bus, and they ended up locked together.  The driver of the SUV had a medical issue and was passed-out inside.

And his foot may have been stuck on the gas pedal because the tires were spinning and smoking.  Several bystanders showed up to help, and one guy used a shovel to get into the car and turn the engine off.  The driver only suffered minor injuries.
