The days of playing bartender at home are over…well for now at least. Gov. Charlie Baker has made it official this week allowing Massachusetts restaurants to sell mixed drinks to-go. Several establishments have taken a hit due to the COVID-19 pandemic but this to-go cocktail legislation could help tremendously.
