Between New Edition and New Kids On The Block, Boston was a boy band hotbed in the late '80s and early '90s. So who is this mystery band?

We stumbled across this gem of a clip from a Somerville Cable Access TV Talent Show in 1991. The featured act is Funky Like That, and they're performing an original composition titled "With The Posse." Take a look.

OK, so there's a couple of false starts. And they kinda fell behind the beat a few times. But they're adorable! Those moves! And it takes a whole lot of brave to get on stage in front of people (and a local TV audience) and perform.

So who are these mystery boys? It's early-'90s Somerville, folks. Someone has to know someone who knows someone in this clip. Hit the ROCK 92.9 Facebook or Twitter if you can identify Funky Like That.
