Green Day Release Surprise EP ‘Otis Big Guitar Mix’

Green Day dropped a surprise EP today (April 3) with Otis Big Guitar Mix.

The three-track EP consists of new mixes of songs featured on the band's 2012 albums ¡Uno!, ¡Dos! and ¡Tré! Each song features broader, more prominent guitar tracks, which explains the EP's title.

The surprise EP release follows is just the latest activity from the Green Day camp. This week, Billie Joe Armstrong officially announced "No Fun Mondays," a new campaign where he'll release a new recorded cover every Monday while the United States continues social distancing during the Coronavirus pandemic.
