Many countries have been forced to take drastic measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by enacting “stay at home” ordinances. Spain is one of those countries and a man who needed to get some air decided to leave his home…dressed as a dog.
He put on the dog costume and tried walking on all fours around his city in an attempt to avoid being fined. Someone on twitter caught a picture and posted it.
