Having new music to listen to at a time when everything in the music industry has all but ground to a halt is like a breath of fresh air.

Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Deep Purple are preparing for the release of their twenty-first studio album Whoosh! on June 12. Bob Ezrin was behind the board for this one, as he was for their last two albums. Ezrin has produced everyone from Pink Floyd to Deftones, so we're expecting a pretty wide-ranging sonic experience. And if lead single "Throw My Bones" is any indication, we're expecting it to rock.
