No disrespect to Kid A or OK Computer or anything else in the Radiohead catalog--those albums are great, too! But The Bends is the best. It's the album where Thom Yorke and company took the foundation they created in Pablo Honey and built something new and unique and beautiful that still rocked. Not an easy feat to pull off in 1995, where the alt-rock market was saturated and you had to make a lot of noise to get noticed.

Of course, having killer music videos helped. Their clip for "Just" is still cutting-edge 25 years on.

"Fake Plastic Trees" is still quite the visual marvel, too.

It took me some digging, but I was also able to find the original, theatrical-style clip for "High and Dry."

Spend some time with The Bends on its 25th anniversary. I'm guessing you probably have the time to.
