A bystander filmed a man being rescued from the 7th floor of a burning building in Los Angeles yesterday.  The guy was on the ledge clinging to a window as a firefighter on a ladder worked his way over.

After about a minute of terror the guy was pulled to safety.  It was very dramatic and people on the ground burst into applause when it was over.  Eight people were injured in the fire.
