Spencer Boston, a 20-year-old from Tennessee, decided to light up a joint while in front of a judge for a possession of marijuana charge.

According to reports the man approached the bench to talk about his sentence and that’s when he sparked up the doobie.  He was then booked on another charge of possession and 10 days for contempt of court.
