Samantha Bennington, the ex-wife of late Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington, has been awarded 50 percent of his Linkin Park royalties following a claim with his estate, whose executor is Talinda Bennington, Chester’s widow.

Per TMZ, Samantha’s claim requested both royalties and child support for Draven, 17, her son with Chester. While the child support request was dropped, Talinda had various documents filed with probate court granting not only 50 percent of Chester’s Linkin Park royalties but various royalties from other revenue streams including “non-touring merch, publishing rights and a share of the master sound records.”

In total, Chester had six children from three different relationships. No additional details were provided as to how the claim request affects other parties that benefit from Chester’s estate.
