A guy in California had a caricature artist draw him earlier this month . . . then stole the artist's bag of money. But the guy left the drawing behind, so now the cops have the exaggerated cartoon picture of him to use to find him.
You can see him with exaggerated characteristics below. He was described as a black man in his early 20s, 5-foot-1-inch tall with an average build. Black hair and mustache wearing a blue and red jacket, white undershirt, black pants and a red hat.
