A Michigan man lost his thumb in a woodworking accident. He was never able to find the severed thumb to have it reattached, but doctors were able to find a replacement...his toe!
The man had to live without a thumb for 4 months, then doctors detached one of his toes and attached it to his hand to replace his thumb. You can see the pictures below!
