A man in Phoenix was captured on camera trying to steal a wheelchair from a woman that was using it.
This all went down in the middle of the afternoon on a light rail car near a stop in downtown Phoenix. Bystanders came to the aid of the woman after she screamed for help. The man then attempted to flee on foot (in his reindeer slippers).
