A man in Phoenix was captured on camera trying to steal a wheelchair from a woman that was using it.
This all went down in the middle of the afternoon on a light rail car near a stop in downtown Phoenix. Bystanders came to the aid of the woman after she screamed for help. The man then attempted to flee on foot (in his reindeer slippers).

PHOENIX - A man was caught on video in Phoenix on Friday attempting to steal a wheelchair from a woman while she was still sitting in it. He was located and arrested for two outstanding warrants on Saturday and identified as 26-year-old Austin Brett Shurbutt. The incident occurred at 3:40 p.m.
