This happened in Scotland, around 2:35 AM a man climbed on top of a bus stop and pulled down his pants to flash the crowd in the surrounding area but things go wrong!
As he is on top of the bus stop with his pants at his ankles he notices a police car approaching. He quickly tries to pull up his drawers, hop down and run away. The officer caught him.
