Somebody posted video of a guy and his German Shepherd on the front porch, and they’re next to a mechanical dog. It looks like it might have been a Halloween decoration, since it’s a skeleton.
Anyway, when the guy taps the mechanical dog on the snout, it starts howling. And that makes the German Shepherd start barking and howling in response.
