Some rock stars are torn about the idea of being the subject of a biopic, but Rod Stewart isn’t one of them. In fact, he has some casting ideas.

Speaking to Scotland’s National Newspaper The Scotsman, Stewart said, “I would love to have a film made and my two youngest sons, who are similar-looking to me, to be offered to be in it, playing the young Rod.”

Stewart continued, “I have four sons and my nine-year-old really does look like me. I would love it and the film would have my full co-operation. There have been tiny moves towards it, but nothing concrete.”

Since Stewart is seemingly so eager for a biopic, it wouldn’t be shocking if one actually happens, especially since they have been very effective in boosting catalog revenue. Per Billboardthe Queen catalog generated $18 million in revenue in the six months after the release of Bohemian Rhapsody in theaters.
