A video has gone viral of a cop in Gwinnett County, Georgia handing a bag of marijuana back to a driver he pulled over. He tells the person, quote, “We can’t seize it, so you are more than welcome to have it back.” This is because hemp has been legalized in the state, and there’s no test the cops can do to tell if something is marijuana or hemp. So, the county decided they won’t be taking anyone to jail for small amounts of pot.
