This happened in Ibiza, but police are looking for a woman that was captured on video sitting on top of the back of the car completely naked.
The driver and the woman are looking at fines for reckless driving. The duo were filmed cruising through the streets of Ibiza blasting loud dance music with the naked woman twerking and dancing along while sitting on the car. You can see the video below.
