Tool fans are losing their minds on social media this morning thanks to the band's catalog finally being available on streaming platforms for the first time.

Just shortly after midnight today (August 2), Tool's five studio albums - Opiate, Undertow, Ænima, Lateralus and 10,000 Days - were available on the likes of Apple Music, Spotify and more ending a long stretch of being one of the last major acts to not have their catalog streaming anywhere. Their long-awaited sixth studio album, Fear Inoculum, is finally coming out on August 30, making this month one of the happiest Tool fans have had in years.

Here are some of the best Tool fan reactions to the band's catalog now being available on streaming platforms.

Erica Banas is a news blogger who's been covering the rock/classic rock world since 2014. The coolest event she's ever covered in person was the 2021 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. (Sir Paul McCartney inducting Foo Fighters? C'mon now!) She's also well-versed in etiquette and extraordinarily nice. #TransRightsAreHumanRights
