A Florida man was approached by police after matching the description of a man who was masturbating in the parking lot of a Walmart and that’s when he grabbed a deputy’s butt, flashed his junk and made derogatory comments.

Trenton James Rich, 19, was arrested Saturday and charged with battery of an officer, assault on an officer, resisting an officer and exposure of sexual organs.
