Have you ever been stuck in a line of cars merging on a highway when some jerk who waited until the last minute to merge sneaks into an opening between cars?  And you desperately wished a cop would be around to catch them? 

Well, it happened on a freeway exit near Montreal last month, and this guy’s dashcam captured it on video.
