Whale watchers in California's Monterey Bay witnessed something very cool and very rare earlier this week. 

A dolphin started doing one backflip after another.  They counted over 20 flips, and got several of them on video. It's a Pacific white-sided dolphin, and they're the only dolphin species in the Northern Hemisphere that do backflips.
