GLASGOW, UNITED KINGDOM - JULY 12: Children play in the fountain of water created by an opened fire hydrant in the East End of Glasgow on July 12, 2005, Glasgow, Scotland. Temperatures climbed above 30 degrees Celsius in many areas across the country. Temporary speed restrictions have also been put in place on the rail network after a summer heat wave hit Scotland.
