People Got “Free Car Washes” From a Busted Fire Hydrant

A truck ran into a fire hydrant in Southern California, which sent water shooting into the air.  And someone nearby shot cell phone video as people took advantage of it…

A truck ran into a fire hydrant in Southern California, which sent water shooting into the air.  And someone nearby shot cell phone video as people took advantage of it by driving under the water and getting "free car washes."
