A guy in New York managed to steal cash from a Walmart this month when his friend distracted the cashier by dancing like an idiot.  The cops just released the surveillance footage to see if someone can help identify the guys.

Video released by Rotterdam police of a theft suspect dancing in an apparent distraction attempt as a co-conspirator runs a scam on a clerk.

They got away with approximately $2000 worth of merchandise.  Police are asking anyone who has information about the identities of the men to contact Rotterdam detectives.

Rotterdam police seek help finding alleged Walmart scammer, dancing accomplice

ROTTERDAM -- Rotterdam police are asking for the public's help in finding two men they say ran a "quick change" scam on a Walmart clerk, where one suspect danced in an apparent distraction attempt. The incident resulted in a $2,000 loss to the store, police said. It happened April 13 just after 5 p.m.
