A Robber Tries to Escape By Climbing Out of a 22nd Floor Window

Police in China released video of cops catching a robber who tried to escape by climbing out of a window on the 22nd floor.  He had just robbed a shopkeeper.

It starts with the cops breaking into the apartment, and when they get to an open window they see him hanging on for dear life.  They eventually pull him back in and slap on the cuffs.

Robber tries to escape police climbing out of 22nd-floor window in China's Hunan

A robber climbed out of a window on the 22nd floor of a residential building to escape being arrested by police in southern China. The video, filmed in Changsha City in Hunan Province on March 27, shows a group of police breaking into an apartment to arrest a robber named Wan who robbed a local shop owner.
